ORDERING BEEF IN BULK IS BETTER!
Buying beef in whole or half shares represents wholesale pricing and is the best value!
Once you decide which share is right for your family, a NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve your portion. This deposit will be deducted from your total invoice.
When the steer goes to the processor, we will call you to take your beef cut order to give to our butcher.
The beef will then dry-age to perfection in a climate controlled cooler for at least two weeks. Next, the beef is cut, vacuum packaged and flash-frozen.
Once it is ready we call you to let you know when it will be delivered.
We are currently taking whole & half share deposits for our Fall BEEF! Harvest date is set for October 5th.
